Any product purchased from SaminaCraft can be exchanged or returned under the following circumstances:

1. Damaged Product or Wrong Order
   A refund is only allowed in cases where the product is found to be damaged or the product received is different from the order. SaminaCraft should be informed in writing of any damage within 12 hours after receiving the product. It is mandatory that the damaged item be returned to SaminaCraft with the original packing, labels, and price tags. A refund will only be processed once SaminaCraft bhas received the product and analyzed the cause of the damage.
2. Refund Process
   A refund will be made to the same bank account that was used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or different from the order. The refund process may take two to three weeks. Once the order is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless a damaged or different product is received at dispatch, as mentioned above.
3. Bank Charges
   Please note that refunds, if any, will be net of bank charges. SaminaCraft will not bear any charges applied by the bank on credit card transactions, including refund charges and exchange rate differentials if any are applied by the bank. SaminaCraft will be pleased to provide any documentary evidence if required by the customer.

Exchange

1. Size Exchange
   Kindly select the right size when placing your order. The customer service representative is always there to help at SaminaCraft with sizes. SaminaCraft does not have a policy of exchanging the size upon a wrong-size order; however, at our complete discretion, SaminaCraft may accommodate its customers and exchange the size as per the exchange policy, but shipping charges will be applied.
2. Exchange Request
   A request for exchange should be made within 12 hours of receiving the article by courier. If the article is not used, all tags are intact, and you have the original invoice with you, then you are good to go ahead with the exchange.

No Refund or Exchange on Sale Items or Made to Order and Customized Orders

Please ensure that when placing a customized order, your size communicated to SaminaCraft taken by an experienced tailor master and not by yourself. For minor customization, you may use the SaminaCraft size chart. If you need any further clarification, please contact our customer relationship officer.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is processed. As soon as the product has been shipped, our refund and exchange policy will be applicable. SaminaCraft has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as the item being out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment being declined by the issuing financial institution.

Product Disclaimer

SaminaCraft endeavors to ensure that product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible; however, lighting at the time of photography and the mobile phone, tablet, desktop, and any other device being used to view our website may cause minor variations between the product images on the website and the actual product. SaminaCraft retains the right to make minor changes in embellishments as and when required.
