At BBLDERMA, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we only accept returns or refunds for items that are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Eligibility

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to report any issue.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The item must be received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item must remain unused and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase and clear images/videos of the issue must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products without original packaging
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once approved, our team will guide you through the replacement process.

Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you regarding the refund status.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank processing times.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with applicable laws.
