Shipping Timelines

BBLDerma products are handcrafted with great care to ensure premium quality. Our standard shipping time is 7 to 15 working days.

We understand that some orders may require urgent delivery. For urgent bridal orders, please contact our support team to discuss availability and estimated delivery timelines.

Weather Conditions & Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen weather conditions or other external factors may occasionally cause shipping delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders within Pakistan above PKR 20,000, an advance payment of 20% is required.

If the advance payment is not confirmed within 48 hours, the order will be automatically canceled without prior notice.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside Pakistan may be subject to destination country taxes, customs duties, or other applicable fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

International orders are delivered through reliable courier services such as DHL and FedEx to ensure secure and timely delivery.
